This week was our last meeting before Christmas break. We didn't work on any patches but instead decided to have some holiday fun! First up, we made ornaments!
We cut out strips that had the Girl Scout Promise on it and then put them inside clear glass balls. Then we painted them. These were for the girls to take home.
They got very creative with their ornament designs.
Next, we made ornaments to help jazz up the Christmas tree at our school. We turned gingerbread men into Brownie Gingerbread girls!
We gave them a brown dress to wear, added some google eyes, and the girls went to town using glitter glue to decorate the rest.
As our ornaments were drying , we had some time to play some Christmas charades.
Then we went to the tree to hang our Girl Scouts on.
All of our gingerbread Brownies turned out great!
After that, Mrs. Held and I had some old Girl Scout incentives that we let the girls choose as a Christmas gift.
The girls had a great time and we did too! Merry Christmas!
