We took a little field trip for one of our last meetings to go to Big Frog Shirts. There, the girls get to design a troop shirt! The girls voted on a design that they wanted to do and chose a really cute cookie coloring book style picture.
The girls got to choose the color shirt they wanted.
And then they got busy coloring their design that would be put on their shirt.
Once the girls started finishing up, they got to see how their shirts were going to be made.
It's all done through a computer now and it's pretty neat.
After that and while they were making the rest of our shirts, we went a few doors down to Coldstone where we got to see how they make ice cream!
We got to go in the back and see how they make cakes and things too.
We got to check out the freezer where all the ice cream is stored!
Then it was time to make our own sundaes! Yum!
The girls thought it was cool that they got to choose their own flavor and toppings and mix it on the cold stone!
But I think the best part was eating it!
By the time we were done eating, they came down with our shirts. So we tried them on and took a pic!
They all turned out super cute and now we can wear them when we sell Girl Scout cookies!
