The Power of Team!

We continued on our Agent of Change journey!

This time we focused on the power of team! 

We shared our Her Story project from the power of one portion.

 

Each girl chose a hero that they admired whether family or famous woman.

 

Then we had fun acting out different ways that it's important to work  as a team.

 

We also set up an obstacle course and then had to lead a partner through it while their eyes were closed.  It taught us it's important to work together.

 

Then we played some more teamwork games.  We sat in a line and had to draw a letter on someone's back and then that person drew it on the next person's back and so on.  It's kind of like the game "telephone" but with feeling.  It was fun to see what the last person thought the letter was.

 

Then we made a circle and had to see how high we could count.  But if two people said the next number at the same time, we had to start all over.  I think the highest we got to was 14.  This was the girls favorite game.

 

Then we had to work on our posters for our cookie booths!
